It was purchased in Perth unbeknown to Jan.
We hope it will make bringing your heavier bits and
pieces to rehearsal each week a bit easier.

We don't need any words - the faces say it all.

All the hard work has paid off.

They may not be blue ribbons but we'll keep on
working to get there next time.

Well done everyone and a big thank you to Jan for
all the hard work she puts in over and above.
And thanks too our coach's and to our ever tolerant and
supportive families and loved ones.

It's almost time.....

Back at the apartments we're dressed and ready to go and meet
downstairs to warm up and walk to the bus.

Just a short walk and we pile onto the bus.

And arrive at the Entertainment Centre ready to fit into the
traffic pattern until it's our turn.

We just have to sing along in the bus.

The MAKE UP

Here are the artists at work ... they did such a great job.
What a mammoth task it was.
We all lined up with foundation applied and then came
the eyes including brows and lashes and the blush, each
at a different station.

And here's the outcome.
Looking great ladies ... now back to the apartments to
get dressed and ready to board the bus and head to
the Entertainment Centre to strut our stuff.

Friday morning ... ready for rehearsals

Some of us were early enough for a coffee before we started.
The rest of us were climbing up 'Heartbreak Hill' to the Rendevouz Hotel.

We've made it to the West

There were many flights out of Mascot today winging our members to Perth.
Here are Michele, Neryl and Ali heading off from the Mt Bay Waters
Apartments to find some food shops...

And we all get together at the Criterion Hotel for dinner.

Barb S, Nerida and Steph get into the swing of it.

Some got their dinner early and others got it late!

 

Survival Packs for our Convention 'Virgins'

One more rehearsal before we fly off to Perth for Convention 2013.
